Amanah is a planner app for Muslims who want to organise their faith and everyday life in one place. On the Swiss App Store it is called “Amanah”, with the German subtitle “Islamischer Alltagsbegleiter” (Islamic daily companion).
According to the App Store, Amanah brings prayers, habits, goals and finances together in one app. You track your five daily prayers and your Qur’an progress by surahs, pages and juz (juz: one of the 30 parts of the Qur’an). You count dhikr (remembrance of Allah), read duas (supplications) and log good deeds. Alongside these are habits, goals with milestones, a household budget, fitness, nutrition and a shopping list.
Your dashboard shows widgets such as prayer time, qibla (the direction of prayer), water or daily progress. Customising the dashboard yourself will come with a later update.
During Ramadan a dedicated mode shows your fasting days, Qur’an pages, sadaqah (voluntary charity) and tarawih (the night prayer in Ramadan). An AI coach asks how you are feeling and suggests a small next step.
Basic costs nothing and includes the dashboard, prayer tracker, three habits, two goals and Qur’an progress. Premium adds, among other things, unlimited habits and goals, the dhikr counter, finances and nutrition, and reminders. Pro Lifetime also includes family and kids tracking, fitness, relaxation and breathing exercises. The overview is on the page The Amanah app.
